How long will it take to ship my order?
Limited Art Prints:
Between 10 - 14 days to produce & ship.
Apothecary:
Within 2 to 3 days.
Custom Orders:
May require more time. Please contact us for details @ SCR@SUNCITYRAGS.COM
Do you ship international?
We do ship most items, however, due to restrictions we cannot ship our fragrance, Lucky XIII.
My package says delivered but I didn’t get it
It really sucks when this happens.
Unfortunately we can’t control the mail or what happens after we ship your item out. (We wish we could)
If your item says “delivered” but you did not receive it, make sure that the shipping address is accurate in your order confirmation email.
Speak with your local postal carrier or post office & file a missing mail claim.
Once you’ve contacted the post office, please let us know via email & include your claim number so that we can look into it on our end.
We often hear a neighbor grabbed the package as a courtesy or by mistake. So be sure to check with your neighbors as well.
Do you have sales?
Not often. The best way to get a discount is to join our Repeat Offenders Club. Members get an instant discount after signing up & occasional discounts & perks.
Since most of our items are small batch, limited, or custom pieces, we rarely have public sales.
The Limited Art Print I like is sold out, will it be back in stock?
Just like any gallery art print, though we may re-release a print on occasion, we create in very limited runs. At times there might be only 50 people in the world with that same shirt. That's an exclusive club!
Who are Sabrina & Johnny?
Sabrina is a professional hair & makeup artist, studied in naturopathy. Throughout her career she's worked with some of the largest brands & biggest names in Hollywood. Now her natural potions are available to everyone in our Apothecary.
Johnny is a Billboard chart topping producer & recording artist. Notably he's created music for Universal pictures, Fortnite, League Of Legends, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network & more. Stepping into Sun City rags with over 20+ years as a Creative Director & Apparel Designer.
What does the XIII stand for?
In 2020 we lost our gig work to the pandemic. We embraced the concept of "Lucky 13" turning a negative into a positive & Sun City Rags was born!
