Return Policy: Since our items are limited & made-to-order we do not offer returns at this time. We do accept exchanges once they are reviewed & approved. You agree that any applicable shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:
Exchanges must be communicated within 5 days & must be in new, unworn condition with tags. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want while it's available is it to make a separate purchase for the replacement item. Once we receive your exchange item & it's approved, we will process the exchange. To begin an exchange, contact suncityrags@gmail.com. 

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
